Our story begins down on the farm…
Just Biscuits by Jilly started life by converting an abandoned chicken shed in Stoke Mandeville to a delightful kitchen, with some 'mod-cons' but mostly hard working hands. And then over the years we've met other like minded farmers and producers to focus on Just Biscuits.

We source all of our ingredients from carefully selected partners who produce in the Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire area. And we don't put additional salt in our products, which is better for you.

Locally sourced
Our partners are just as fanatical as we are about good quality produce. We work with them to ensure a fabulous biscuit. From our butter, which is churned in Deddington, to our chillis which are grown in Aylesbury.

We make our delightful sweet and savoury biscuits the traditional way and always by hand. By taking care about how we source the ingredients and the way in which we work, is what makes a great biscuit.
